Nous sélectionnons avec soin des barriques avec des chauffes peu marquées. Le vin est resté en barriques de septembre à fin mars en étant bâtonné régulièrement puis il a été filtré et mis en bouteille. L’alcool: 12,5% Température de dégustation: 10-12°C Conseil de garde: Ce vin peut être conservé pendant 4 à 5 ans. Commentaire de dégustation: Ce vin atypique révèle le cépage Sémillon. Le bouquet est riche en parfums d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches sur un fond grillé et fumé issu de l’élevage en fût. Le bois est parfaitement maîtrisé dans une bouche ample et soyeuse, réhaussée par une fraîcheur minérale et fruitée. The bouquet is rich in scents of citrus and white flowers on a toasted and smoky background from barrel aging. Français : AOC Bordeaux Assemblage : 100% Merlot Elevage : Pour élaborer un rosé marqué par la fraicheur et préserver ses arômes, le raisin est cueilli avant maturité complète. Puisque nous recherchons des couleurs très claires, nous faisons un rosé de pressurage direct, c’est-à-dire qu’il n’a pas subi de macération. Le raisin est réceptionné au chai, pressé et le moût qui en est issu est débourbé puis fermenté à basse température (14 à 17°). Cette vinification, très similaire à celle employée sur les vins blancs, permet d’élaborer des vins très frais. L’élevage s’effectue toujours sur lies fines. Après clarification, le vin est mis en bouteille. English : AOC Bordeaux Blend: 100% Merlot Aging: To produce a rosé marked by freshness and preserve its aromas, the grapes are picked before full maturity. Since we are looking for very light colors, we make a rosé of direct pressing, that is to say it has not undergone maceration.
