AOC Pomerol - Rouge Assemblage : 73,1 % Merlot 24,3 % Cabernet Franc 2,6 % Petit Verdot Elevage : 30 % en fûts neufs, 50 % en barriques d’un vin et plus / 20 % en cuves béton ovoïdes de 7 hl La robe est d’une intense couleur violacée. Le nez est intense et rafraichissant, il mêle des fragrances de fruits frais (fraises puis mûres, myrtilles) à de délicates notes épicées. En bouche on retrouve une attaque délicate et souple, une bouche qui séduit tant par la finesse de ses tannins que son onctuosité et sa précision. Persistante, la finale exhale de savoureuses notes fruitées. -
AOC Do langhe (Italie) Assemblage : 100% nebbioloUne robe grenat, toujours intense. Un nez captivant et raffiné avec des arômes bien intégrés de fruits murs, de violettes et de grains de café torréfiés. Élégance et pureté cristalline caractérisent ce vin extrêmement complexe et densément tissé avec un potentiel de vieillissement de plusieurs décennies. -
AOC Do langhe (Italie) Assemblage : 100% nebbioloSori San Lorenzo est le plus puissant et aussi le plus austère des nebbiolos de Gaja. Elevé 12 mois en fûts puis 12 mois en foudres, ce n'est qu'au terme d'un long vieillissement qu'il révèle tout son potentiel. Sa capacité de garde peut atteindre 40 ans. Grand équilibre, les tanins sont soyeux. Du fruit avec quelques saveurs secondaires tertiaires qui donnent de la profondeur au vin. Un peu de pruneau, de cuir et de sous-bois. Le tanin s'est résorbé, laissant un vin parfait. -
AOC Montagne Saint-Emilion - Red Blend: 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon Ageing : 18 to 24 months, 60 % new barrels Production: 45 hecto / ha The Clos de Boüard 2019 has a dense garnet red colour. A fine and subtle nose. Aromas of fruit: red and black. Slight notes of wood and spices (liquorice). In the mouth, a very pleasant, almost "creamy" attack, a nice fullness and structure despite very fine tannins. -
AOC Do langhe (Italy) Blend : 100% nebbiolo Aroma : colour Dark ruby red in colour, Sori'San Lorenzo sets the tone for the tasting. Nose On the nose, this wine offers aromas of blackcurrant, black fruits, as well as beautiful mineral and spicy notes. On the palate On the palate, this red wine develops a very complex, concentrated and powerful structure. The tannins are sharp, but they soften with time. Sori'San Lorenzo is an exceptional wine, and it goes without saying that it is not for everyone, due to its complexity and rarity.
